I recently made a piano(s) cover album of this iconic record by the Strokes. Each song is arranged for a few pianos and performed somewhat minimally, simply. The forms, keys, even many of the guitar solos are as they are on the original album, but the musical context is of course a different frame. I recorded it at my studio and mixed it as well. D.
